The Mississauga Halton Palliative Care Network strives to deliver on Ontario’s commitment to hospice palliative care together with the Mississauga Halton Central West Regional Cancer Program in partnership with Cancer Care Ontario, and the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network, as funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
